Session, Booking, and Cancellation Policies

***NOTICE FOR IN-PERSON SERVICES: Customers are required to wear facial covering of nose and mouth amid current coronavirus pandemic. Service can be refused for failure to adhere to policy***

All Psychic, Healing, and Cleansing Sessions are 1 on 1 services unless advised otherwise. Please contact us by email at tarothouston1@gmail.com or by phone at 832.434.2080 for any concerns regarding session participants.

***Special Instructions for Video/Phone Sessions: Please call at your designated session time.

To cancel a scheduled appointment: Please email at tarothouston1@gmail.com or text us at 832.434.2080 as soon as possible with the date/time of your scheduled appointment, requesting cancellation.

*** A $25 no cancellation fee will apply to the next future session if a notification of cancellation is not received no less than 30 mins of your already scheduled appointment.***

If you like to reschedule after a cancellation: Please visit the website to schedule your new appointment, but please ensure you send an email or text to cancel any previously scheduled appointments.

Video Reading Recordings

SIETE POTENCIAS may, at your option, provide video conference readings through third party platforms or hosts, such as Skype, FaceTime, Duo or Google Hangout. These video readings may from time to time be recorded. If a video reading is recorded, you will be put on notice in advance of the recording. You are entitled to a copy of the video recording, though charges may apply. Before consenting to a video reading, please go over any questions or concerns you may have with SIETE POTENCIAS. By commencing a video reading, you are consenting to the terms herein. Also, use of the third party platform triggers that third party’s Privacy Policy as well, and you are expected to be familiar with its Privacy Policy and consent thereto. Please be advised that you are not permitted to record video readings without express, written permission from SIETE POTENCIAS. If you would like to record your video tarotreading, please ask before doing so.
